The Traffic Signal Level III course provides an expanded discussion of traffic signal operation. It is intended for the traffic signal technician who has five or more years of signal experience. This course not only assists the technician in obtaining certification but also may help the individual in their everyday work. This course is recommended for technicians involved with maintaining, installing and troubleshooting traffic signal devices.
